If you’re looking to improve your overall health and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, core, and hips, this program is designed for you. You may even have been prescribed some of these exercises in the past but now there may be a twist. Whether you’re experiencing pelvic floor issues or simply looking to improve your movement, this program will guide you through a series of movement and techniques that will help you achieve your goals.

Over the course of 5 days, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive program that is easy to follow, even if you’re new to hip, core and pelvic movement. Here’s what you can expect in these 25-30 minute live sessions:

Day 1: Introduction to Pelvic Floor, Core, and Hip Muscles We’ll start by introducing you to your muscles and how to get to deep muscles safely pelvic floor, core, and hip muscles and how to engage them in simple exercises.

Day 2: More isolation and even some belly dance moves to engage the core and hips that are key tools for improving pelvic floor muscle strength and overall fitness. You will be guides through a series of movements that will help you develop stronger, more resilient pelvic floor, core, and hip muscles. 

Day 3: Breathing and Core Techniques Breathing and core techniques can help you develop better control over your pelvic floor, core, and hip muscles. We’ll teach you some simple breathing and core techniques that will help you engage your muscles more effectively and improve your overall health.

Day 4: Yoga for Pelvic Floor, Core, and Hip Health Yoga can be a great way to improve your pelvic floor, core, and hip health. We’ll guide you through a gentle yoga sequence that is specifically designed to target these muscles and help you develop greater strength and control.

Day 5: Putting It All Together On the final day of the program, we’ll review everything you’ve learned and help you put it all together into a cohesive routine that you can continue to use on your own. You’ll leave the program with a greater understanding of your pelvic floor, core, and hip muscles and the tfun ools you need to keep them healthy and strong.

About Tammy: Tammy Shaw-Sykes has over 30 certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, yoga and bodywork. She loves wallyball, dancing including bellydance, swing, latin dancing and yoga. She enjoys educating and sharing her enthusiam for movement with others.  Having spent much of her adult life in pain, she has been spending the last 12 years helping people get out of pain.
