Consultation Call – 20 Minutes
This complimertary 20 minute call allows you to tell your story, explain your pain, posture and/or health concerns. Filling out the client intake assists in the preparation for the call with Tammy. You will be called you via phone at your scheduled time.
Initial Shift Postural/Pain Assessment and Treatment In Person
In this 75-minute assessment, you will discover how your posture and movement patterns relate to your pain and limitations or progress you to your posture health goals
You’ll receive:
- A review of your health history and lifestyle for clues that may have been overlooked.
- An Initial Postural Assessment: includes an observation of your static posture and movement patterns.
- Photos: 360 degree visual tools for education and measuring your progress.
- Fully clothed assessment of pain and treatment using breathwork and movement to release pain pattern.
- Education of Shift 3D Method ™ (Postural Alignment Therapy process).
- Goal setting and customization of your exercise plan.
