Making the right choices, doing the right things sifting through mounds of information is stressful, overwhelming and we give up before we start.  I get it and not being atypical gym person” is a challenge as I have been aging.  As I took studied Personal Training and yoga in college as an older adult, my intention was to be a better massage therapists to athletes. There personalize approach involved corrective exercise that help my clients get and stay out of pain so they can  Move Better, Feel Better and Look Better to do more of this thing we Life.   I expanded to a more holistic approach to looking at food, movement and selfcare to really empower myself to continue in this anti-aging lifestyle.
