After this you, can schedule your sports massage for anytime as a returning client.
In the First appointment, we cover history and your current goals, but also assess structure and movement patterns for muscle firing and joint movement. We observe visually and through touch, so that you can move as optimally in your sport of choice, whether it is weekend warrior – sand volleyball player, marathon runner, wallyballer, dancer or professional sports.
