Shift Keeps My Body Moving and Working

After many years of computer work as a designer, my shoulders, neck, and low back became painful. My left arm only raised to about 75% of the right side and I suffered sporadic low back pain brought on by twisting or turning wrong. That meant work was either painful or not possible. Tammy’s methods from her extensive education helped remove the pain and now keep me working and able to keep up with my 9-year old son.
