What You’ll Learn in This Hands-On Workshop

This immersive workshop will give you the tools and confidence to assess, correct, and transform your clients’ posture and movement from head to tail. You’ll learn to think, see, and feel the body in a new way — applying the Shift 3D Method™ to create lasting change.

During this training, you’ll learn how to:
Apply clinical reasoning to identify the primary drivers of postural and movement imbalances.
Capture and analyze posture photos (front, side, back) to spot asymmetries and track progress.
Perform head-to-toe alignment screens to map out compensation patterns and movement dysfunctions.
Differentiate fascia, muscle, and nerve restrictions contributing to common pain presentations.
Use Directed Breathing to create space in the spine while activating the deep inner core muscles and calm the nervous system.
Coach Dynamic Brain-to-Muscle interaction to improve neuromuscular communication and coordination.
Integrate Daily Habit Re-education to help clients maintain posture and pain relief between sessions.
Perform myofascial release with precise palpation and safe, effective technique.
Apply joint and soft-tissue decompression to reduce load on irritated or compressed structures.
Deliver a focused spine routine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral) to realign and restore mobility.
Build client retention through measurable progress, posture photos, and customized home routines.
Document outcomes to enhance referrals, professional communication, and continuity of care.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with a clear system to assess, treat, and educate your clients — elevating your results and setting you apart as a posture and movement specialist.

About Tammy Shaw-Sykes, MMT, Pain Relief and Posture Specialist

Tammy Shaw-Sykes is a Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT)® and Master Posture Alignment Practitioner, dedicated to helping both clients and professionals understand the deeper connections between pain, posture, and movement.

With formal degrees in Clinical Sports Massage and Sports and Exercise Science, along with training as a Yoga Therapist, Tammy blends scientific knowledge with holistic insight. Her personal journey began over 20 years ago, when chronic pain and limited mobility inspired her to explore the body’s natural ability to heal through alignment, awareness, and movement.

Today, Tammy serves the community with empathy and expertise—addressing the very conditions she once faced.
