Join us for balance, strengthening and improving flexibility. This is a progressive class and we will be using chairs, balls and props. This is a gentle beginner yoga class that everyone can participate in.
You are highly encouraged to attend all 12 sessions to build muscle and strength along with learning coping techniques
$70 is for all 12 sessions.
