Shift Dance for Fitness

This class incorporates a variety of dance with fitness for a medium to high intensity low-impact interval workout.  Can’t dance? No problem.  If you can walk you can do this.  Arms will also be used for increasing heart rate.  

If you like Zumba you will love this dance workout!

Interval Training is the most effective way to increase metabolism with short bursts of high intensity followed by low intensity and back to high.  This is safer than jogging but more fun with friends.
