Beginners Vinyasa Class-
Will start with a meditation following with Poses that bring out the “Ashtanga” element. the synchronicity of our breath using movement, we will also work on our breathing using the technique called “Ujjayi” otherwise know as “Victorious breath”

Classes begin at 10am, 11am and 12pm
